Fast delivery, and superb customer service. Needed much help to assemble it, given prompt help on how to do every step of the way ! Quality of product is good, my cat is enjoying his stay at the cat condo. Even though my cat is a large breed, about 5 kg it’s amazing the condo can hold up to his climbing and not be wobbly.

The small panel on the left towards the cloud, my cat doesn’t like to climb that spot thought it’s rather small, even if it’s the hammock he is afraid to lie on. Perhaps this feature could change, other than that it’s a lovely living space for him!

Shakey cloud 9

The cloud nine condo is very nice. It took me a while to figure out fixing up some of the part as it was not on the instruction sheet. I have had making sure every part being secured tight throughout the assembling. The condo not steady and was shakey when my kitten was half way up. I'm kinda worry he might fall one of these days..

Fast delivery. Cloud 9 condo is nice though.. Had made sure the parts are assemble right and firm/tighten on all parts but the condo is wobbly and shaky as my cat makes his way to the top.
