How do I place an order?

Simply add your items to cart and proceed to checkout. If you have a discount code, you may apply it before payment.

We recommend registering an account for faster checkout and member benefits on future purchases.

For order changes within 24 hours, please WhatsApp/SMS 9889 9957 with your order number and requested changes.

Delivery Information

Free delivery is available for orders of S$120 and above (nett, after discount) within Singapore.

Orders below S$120 will incur a delivery fee of S$4–$10 depending on location and item type.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal, bank transfer (online/ATM), and cash on delivery.

For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 24 hours. Please send your transaction reference to 9889 9957.

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes. Please select PayPal at checkout to pay using credit or debit card.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 3 working days after confirmation. We will contact you via SMS to arrange delivery.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, our warehouse showroom is located at 63 Hillview Avenue, Singapore 669569. Walk-ins are welcome by appointment.

Do you provide installation services?

Yes. Professional onsite installation services are available for selected products such as wall-mounted cat furniture and window mesh systems. Please contact us for a quotation.

Do you offer custom-made cat furniture?

Yes. We specialise in custom wall-mounted cat furniture and cat playground systems tailored to your space and requirements.

Are spare parts available?

Yes. Replacement parts such as poles, platforms, sisal rope, hammocks, and selected accessories are available for many DDHouse cat condo models.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes. Self-collection is available by appointment at our Hillview warehouse showroom.

Do you deliver to all areas in Singapore?

Yes. We provide islandwide delivery across Singapore.

Do you provide installation for multi-purpose custom window mesh?

Yes. Professional onsite installation services are available for pet-proof custom window mesh. Please contact us for a quotation.

Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are non-refundable after confirmation. However, if items arrive with manufacturing defects, we offer 1-to-1 exchange or repair where applicable.

For installed or customised wall-mounted products, returns and refunds are not applicable after installation.

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order for any defect-related issues.
