Deluxe Cat House 1.8m Wooden Cat Furniture w/ Triple Houses

Bought this as I had 2 very large cats (15lb), very sturdy no wobble. Relatively easy construction and staff was helpful to guide the process. My cats enjoy this, would recommend.

The cat tree was awesome, installation is easy and it’s up within minute. Service was very prompt and it would be even better if the delivery was co-ordinaed well.

Customer service is excellent. Friendly staffs who are quick to reply any questions and update when stocks are in. Fast delievery of product. Love the quality of the wood. It is great and pricing is affordable. I put some toys and treats in the boxes and on the different levels of the cat tree. Both of them are gradually going up and staying on the cat tree to groom themselves or enjoying the view from the top after a few days. :)

Setting up was a bit of a problem for me without any manual or guide. It will be great for buyers to have a manual that comes with product. But managed to set it up with the assistance of my baby sis and pop. My 3 Brats fought among each other to get to the mansion! They stayed minimum of 4 hrs each time. Great buy for multiple cats!

Vendor was quick to reply when online showed zero quantity. Product was delivered the following day. Realised a part was missing so alerted vendor and guess what It was delivered the following day. It was such a good experience dealing with vendor and very professional. My cat loves her new condo and she loves perching on the tallest wood. The 3 big houses are very spacious, enough for her to stretch herself. Good buy and totally recommended for ur furry babies!
